Follow up to ensure project is back in compliance and corrections have been made
Rebar and materials moved out of ROW as requested. Some rebar in gutter will be removed ASAP but is no longer obstructing vehicle or pedestrian traffic.
RP onsite, discuss further clean up of sidewalk as conditions allow, still needs some work. Roadway was swept and mud clods removed Friday PM.
Will continue to montior. Rear silt fence BMP and preserved vegetation in good condition.

Silt fence is now installed, runoff diversion channels are now dug, and gator guard wattle installed along side of neighbors driveway.
Corrections still in progress - road to be swept this afternoon. WIP but site is near compliance.

No discharge from discharge point. New BMPs effective but pond is still not sustainable in the event of more prolonged rain storms.
ESC crew onsite doing maintenance on wattles failures, removing vehicle ruts on road that are channelling and concentrating water, and digging diversion trench to get water into the upper pond.
Approved for now, will continue to monitor.
