post rainfall inspection inspection 12 PM on 12/12

- Very muddy conditions on site, soil is saturated. Upper lots with terraces & berms held water.
- no signs of new erosion or breaks in the tacifier crust on slopes that have been applied.
- existing pond at Ridgepoint held water well, silt fence and rock bags have been lined along the gutter to prevent water cutting over disturbed area.
- pond is holding water for sedimentation and slowly draining water.
- water discharging at the final discharge point from the subdivsion was clear.

Corrections needed:
- maintenance and additional rock needed at both construction entrances
- need to post more no trespassing signs or block entrance when site is inactive, there have been some 4wd joyriders driving around the site and causing damage and trackout.

Notified RP Steve who had also done a post rainfall inspection.
