Meeting with Boise PW, ACHD, and GC- RP Dave.

Temporary controls on downhill side of Logan will remain installed till Spring. Road grade and stormwater mgmt for alley way runoff will be re-assessed at that time.

Roof top storm drains and driveway drain that connects to infiltration trech/swale will reduce stormwater volume as well as landscaping on uphill side of Logan alley.

For temporary ESC, RP will install silt fence along the lower corner to direct runoff to the flat pullout access at bottom of lot. Water will infiltrate here as well as run to the grassy areas.

Permit sign posted in front of home. Project includes patio work in front and back. Will preserve existing hillside vegetation and large tree.

Reviewed concrete washout requirements, RP-GC chuck stated he is paying pump truck to take back to their yard to washout.

Wattles are installed where hillside was disturbed for powerline. Trenched and staked. Site may require additional controls when more disturbance occurs.

Approved for construction.
