1 violation & issue observed:
Concrete contractor washed out in old pit, slurry and water has trickled down hill beyond pit and underneath the retaining - exposing an issue about the drainage there that could undermine the retaining wall.
Correction:
-Clean up concrete washout waste.
- Improve and line new washout pit or decommision.
- Fix retaining wall issue

JUMP project ongoing. Cement trucks pouring foundation for Simplot HQ building currently. Designated washout area is being used. New construction entrance/exit ramp has been built on Mytrle. No trackout issues.
Perimeter streets and gutters are free of significant amounts of construction related sediment. Dewaterining is ongoing into the MS4 on 9th street, Strata is taking turbidity samples and submitting them to ACHD. No violations of limits reported.
Approved, no corrections at this time.

General site dewatering is still in progress as well drainage water in the DD3 ditch.
Discharge from end of pipe is very clear and is dissipated by straw bale chute thus prevent stirring up dirt. Downstream ditch water is clear as well.
No other violations observed, but will need to sweep Lusk once the street is patched over. Drop inlet has filter bag protection.
