No trackout to Warm Springs. BMPs installed on the inside of site.
Correction request to Clint with Blackrock
- install rock entrance/track pad for concrete washout
Clint noted only one more week of pouring and will sweep area regularly as alternative control. Agreed that for future Blackrock washouts they will provide stabilzed access.

No significant trackout on Trent Point entrace. Permit information and SWPPP is onsite.. Stormwater discharge from site at end of pipe is clear. Limited areas of rill/gully erosion will need to be repaired. New berms and silt fence (around Ridgepoint pond) have been installed to control the flow/direction of runoff.
Corrections needed:
- update contact info for site contact in inspection forms; RP is not Eric Allen
- last inspection report entered was 11/19. Need to provide recent inspections and rainfall event inspection
- Need to pick up loose trash from insulated blankets/tarps around the lower dam area
- There is area of silt fence below the Vortex junction that needs trenching and the tracking upslope from this spot is parallet to the downhill direction.
RP Steve notified of corrections. Will follow up on next inspection
