complaint doing work outside of the permitted area in the pasture area on Forsythia street. Please call Tisha.
Excavated area in field near Forsythia was for gathering fill dirt for another home project in different location. Some trench excavation right at the house at 3311 Hill. No dirt leaving site. Permit sign posted, no trackout. No workers on site at time of inspection.
Will notify developer that no grading or earth work associated with new residential subdivision is allowed until further approvals, submitting ESC site plan and filing for EPA CGP coverage

No washout onsite. Uncontained washout pile has remained on lot and did not go to gutter. Contractor will clean up.
No trackout, slope stabilization and sediment controls at bottom of site are installed properly and in working condition.

No significant trackout at construction access road, but will need more heavy duty angular rock once use increases. No erosion or drainage issues along road, large retention pond located at bottom of hill to capture runoff.
1 SFH in progress on Eyrie Way. No subdivision work. Storm drain sediment controls, hillside wattles and vegetation, and drainage ditches with check dams on Arrow Villa are in good condition. No corrections requested.
