Lined out corrective actions and sources of turbid discharges into Council Springs with site operators.
Corrections will begin this afternoon tomorrow and will focus on placement of check dams and hillside BMPs above the area of work in creek channel.
No discharges at time of inspection, site is very frozen. Will check in with RP early next week for update.
