ESC13-00520 Conference12/2/201412/3/201412/3/2014 10:00:31 AMAPEND
Call contractor to discuss hillside erosion that is occuring at site.

Discussed drainage and erosion issue at site with GC Bob. Plan is to regrade the area below the existing landscaping while also addressing rooftop stormwater drainage system issues. BLD permit is open pending final and Public Works drainage inspection.

Excavator is onsite currently but conditions are still very muddy and not good for work. Landscapers are to be onsite later this week to assist in the work. Currently the loose sediment in the runoff is being contained by the silt fence, but the issue needs to be fixed ASAP when conditions allow.

As an immediate fix I recommended installing some check dams in the rill to start filling it in.

Bob is to keep me posted on corrective actions.
