No significant trackout from River's Edge Apartments at construction entrance. Permit and CGP information posted. MS4 drop inlets have sediment capture bags.

No dewatering or discharges observed. Silt fence along Greenbelt and construction fencing make a good perimeter containment along river. The sleeve outlet to the River is located at the northwest corner of site. The MS4 outlet is also reportedly located in this area. ACHD inspector stated that site was in process of submitting a dewatering plan for a permit to discharge into their system.

WIP at Beverly project. Trackout to Beverly is significant and is quite muddy. It is not extending to Victory and no stormwater infrastructure in area. Site is still quite and is also being paved, so sweeping will occur once it dries up (unless trackout worsens to Victory). No offsite discharges occuring. Just need to clean up trackout when conditions allow.

Site grading, utility installation, and initial foundation work is in progress. Rock construction entrance and construction site fencing has limited trackout well.

No MS4 dewatering to occur at site as previously stated. Currently no dewatering observed, and if dewatering occurs it will be disharge on site into infiltration swale.

Permit posted, perimeter wattles containing sediment. Approved, no corrections at this time.

Inspection conducted to check on dewatering system. Dewatering still in progress with two pumps. All 4 ponds have water in them and are at about 75% capacity. Brown Construction worker stated they do not anticipate the ponds tfilling beyond capacity.

I stated that pond levels should be monitored closely and that if levels get close a diversion to the open land area with berm should be used. No discharge to the swale within park allowed. He stated dewatering should only be for 4-5 more days.

No violations observed. Approved.

Streets, sidewalks, and gutters are free of trackout or sediment accumulation. Stormdrains have sediment protection. Brighton has switched over to using Compliance Solutions washout container, which is an improvement and prevent infiltration of stormwater.

Individual homes in progress. River Heights #5 development is currently in compliance.

Mill District Square townhome has staging site in the mud and a lot of trackout and loose dirt on the access talleyway. The DI bag for that alley stormdrain is full and dirty water entering system. No trackout to Eckart or Sawmill at this time, but needs cleaning.

Corrections:
1. Pick up/contain trash and siding scraps.
2. Consolidate materials or provide tracking pad to prevent creating more mud.
3. Empty or replace DI bag
4. Sweep street and post signage to keep contractors off mud
