Scope of work for Master Excavation is complete, new storm drain and oil & grease trap is installed. Perimter wattle adjacent to canal is installed until further stabilization.

Arbor View faciilty management will have site landscaped/stabilized. Master Excavation to clean up grout washwater that was dump.

Trackout visibile on Cole Road. Wrong type of rock was used at first and employees parking in muddy areas. Angular rock has now been spread over old rock..

Notified RP that if trackout is a repeated problem we will assess fines and parcel hold as needed.
Requested that they designate a stabilized parking area.

Site work has begun for othe section of parcel. Application only listed 1 acre of disturbance, it looks to be more that that - investigation pending.

Permit posted, perimeter sediment control installed on 3 sides of site. Using concrete washout bin.

Corrections needed:
- after L2 is done with sewer work, install construction entrance per ESC site plan
- install silt fence along Denton Street to control sediment and access to site from Denton.
- clean mud out sidewalk and gutter in front of site on Denton.

Notified RP Ed w/ Perryman. Follow up inspection scheduled for next week.

L2 working in road and using staging area down street is permitted with ACHD. Will sweep road and gutters when pulling off site. Small sweeper unit for L2 onsite sweeping at time of inspection.
