Sediment control wattles and DI bag captured some of the sediment runoff but still evidence of failure and prohibited discharge to DI.

1. Clean collected mud in gutter
2. Empty out and reinstall sediment bag
3. Conduct maintenance on wattles, install more wattles along left side of house.
4. Provide schedule for stabilization/landscaping - permanent or temporary.

Continued BMP failure and sediment runoff down Sheran and discharging into inlet on Ada just past 7th Street.

Follow up inpseciton after sweeping CN

Surrounding roads were swept and landscaping/stabilization of hotel parking lot & grounds is near completion. All private and MS4 inlets has sediment filter bag inserts installed. No new corrections at this time. Pasadena Street is much cleaner.

Once conditions are dry all DI bags should be checked for maintenance.

Not yet landscaped/stabilized. No violations at site. Discussed final requirements with RP Adam, and he will let me know when home is occupied. Sale currently pending

Muddy runoff flowing off site. Inadequate BMPS and housekeeping.

Correction:
- Install check dams and additional filter fabric rolls to treat runoff.
- Tracked muddy flow to 7th & Ada DI. No DI bag installed. Need to clean inlet and install DI bag.

SWO issued until BMPs can be installed and inspected.

BMPs and site grading practice has worked well to keep sediment and slopes stabile in BH#6. No BMP failures identified. No significant rills or gullies observed. Wattles and sediment trenches installed incrementally on slopes has helped considerably. Approved.

Initial grading for Afton is complete. Vertical construction to be covered under ESC15-01184 and see also main ESC permit for project under ESC15-00789.

No trackout or discharges from site. All perimeter MS4 DIs have inlet filter bags. Site surrounded by security fence to control access and construction traffic.
