DI filter bags have been removed. Loose sediment and dirt have been swept. No further construction. ESC permit conditions satisfied.

Perimeter Gator Guard wattle is installed and backfilled properly, though should be staked in as well.

Site ready for excavation, just need to visibly posted permit. Notified Syringa RP of corrections.

WIP. No trackout or discharges. Exterior shell for indoor pool complete, interior work and final site clean up remaining. No corrections at this time.

Litter and materials in the central area at Pine Tree Village have been picked up/consolidated, or removed. There is a remaining pile for collection of waste from townhome building in progress. Pine Nut has been swept but is still dirty. No perimeter BMPs or signage in place to prevent access to the muddy area in the central part of Pine Tree Village.

Corrections:
1. Clean out/maintain all DI bags on Pine Valley
2. Clean up trash and materials left on Shoup across from townhomes.
3. Sweep sidewalks and gutter on Shoup; mess left by landscapers.
4. Continue sweeping and clean up of central area at Grey Pine and Pine Nut.

Note: permits do not have valid RP, RP James Larkin no longer at site or returning phone calls. Brian needs to be the RP on permits going forward since he is on site. Needs to complete certification course if he hasn't already.

Inspection conducted to check that dewatering operations are not discharging offsite.

Dewatering pumps have been moved to the east side of site where active trench is occuring. The 4 settling/infiltration ponds on the west end of site are currently full and water is being diverted into an alternate receiving pond that drains into a well head. No new water enter full ponds, and no water being discharged offsite and no system set up to discharge observed.

Some minor trackout, but no other violations observed. Will update Brighton RP on progress.

Northend remodel and detached garage are in progress. Keeping dirt on site and not material storage on sidewalks or roadway. Approved.

Sweep up sand and dirt tracked out from foundation work last week. Can wait till it dries for more effective sweeping.

Clean out fiber drop inlet protection mat and shovel the collected sediment/sand in gutter.

Eric stated he will start corrections today and finish tomorrow.

No other violations at site, permit posted.

No non-stormwater discharges or sediment runoff observed. Some trackout between house driveway and staging area. This should be swept up once conditions allow. Receiving storm drains have inlet protection and sand bags in gutter to capture sediment.

Before hydroseeding back slope, should regrade/smooth out the rills that have started due to rooftop stormwater drainage not being connected to the main system last weekend.

Permit posted. BMPs installed included stabilized rock construction access and perimeter straw wattles trenched in on the 3 downslope side of site. Site was pre-graded to be flat during sub development. Surrounding vegetation to be preserved. Storm drains and gutters have sediment capture BMPs installed.
