Individual permits for townhome 4-plexes & duplexes have been issued. Onsite walk-through inspection for Site Preparation requirements. No trackout to Hill Road, no muddy discharges from site observed

Onsite storm water system is installed, drop inlets on Hill Terrace have sediment bags installed and are in good condition. Workers parking on the pavement to prevent trackout.

Corrections in progress:
- sweeping 12/13
- install sediment trench along edge of pavement and between lots to capture dirt and water . This is alternate for wattles at at this time.
- provide trash containment bin(s) now that framing has started.
- make plan to have frequent sweeping and clean up along Hill Terrace.

Note: 8 site preps entered for the active units that are now permitted.

Developer to have landscape crew sweep subdivision apron, bike lane and sidewalk in front of site to do clean up after last week's landscaping.

Shoulders along road and parking lot have been stabilized as well as open areas around the permanent stormwater retention ponds. No stockpiles or construction materials staged on site.

ESC permit conditions approved. BLD inspector to verify DI bags have been removed.
