Construction entrance installed on Linda Vista. This permit is for the demolition, which is complete. The Glen Place subdivision permit has not been issued yet. No violations, need subdivsion permit to be issued for further work to occur.

Correction request to sweep Cole southbound and to thoroughly sweep the gutter. Storm drain on Cole has grate that is asphalt into place so no sediement bag can be installed.

RP said he will work on getting more stabilized parking and have sweeeper come tonight or Tuesday. Follow up inspeciton Wednesday

Ecopan washout now staged onsite. Posted ESC permit sign at front of site. Most of crew is parked on street, some vehicles and equipment parked in mud within site. Minor trackout to Benjamin.

Discussed construction entrance installation, currently no rock entrance installed. Plan is to remove mud layer that has collected on top of preveiously placed pit run and install more pit run to build up site and prevent mud. Parking lot to installed March, in meanwhile will do sweeping and trackout control until more material can be placed.

Two construction entrances, silt fence perimeter on 3 lower sides of site, placed pit run in site to keep mud down. Grass and trees around the cleared area have been preserved. Water truck, sweeper, and dumpster have been staged. Receiving storm drains (private & MS4) have sediment protection installed. Responsible Person on duty. Will post Boise ESC permit sign on Rifleman and on trailer.
