check on washout and DI bag maintenance request

Developer Chad has arranged to have DI bags maintained. Stated he has notified all builders about the washout violations

washout clean up; new washout.

RP Steve stated that his projects in Graywoods will use the washout containment provided by concrete service and/or plastic tub.

Will check on clean up next inspection.

No signficant runoff from site, perimeter sediment controls seem to be work and driveway is poured.

Still need to clean up concrete dumped on adjacent site.

Muddy runoff flowing offsite to sidewalks and gutters. Main source is the access road at end of culdesac that is getting eroded soil from adjacent bank that has a retention berm that has failed.

Water also running down from SFH (ESC18-01433) along construcion entrance and undercutting gator guard wattles.

Water is also channeling parrallel to sidewalk cause erosion and sediment runoff.

Conference needed to discuss BMPs.

Muddy discharge to Crane Creek tracked.
