Additional BMPs added to site in response to preveious rain events and to prepare for forecasted rain and snow.

Added rock check berms/dams to Vortex and graded out the rills. Installed sheeting from Ridge Point pond down to the detention pond to prevent erosion and reduce turbidity of the water in the detention pond. Construciton entrance on Ridge Point has been improved.

No dewatering or pumping occuring. Water coming out the bypass discharge pipe is clear.
No trackout or discharges, no crews onsite at time of inspection.

If dewatering is needed, will need to relocate the dewatering bag. There is some erosion occuring on some steeper sections of the slope where the water flowed over.
Corrections needed:

Need to repair silt fence above the phase 6 stormwater pond, clean up trash and wrappings in the bushes at the bottom of the site.

Site prepped for driveway. No trackout, perimeter gator guard installed. Workers parking on street.
