Pre-con to discuss initial BMPs required. Culverts will be protected, staging area will be on the closed road. Need to install sediment protection along the Harris Ranch ponds, and drop inlet protection on north side of Warm Springs.

Syman to set up initial BMPs today/tomorrow. Will check back Wedesday. Construction is scheduled to start Thursday and continue into July.

unauthorized hillside grading is reportedly occuring nearby somerset ridge... not necessarily associated with this project.

Stockpiles in area have been recently moved and added to. Unclear who is doing the work. It does not appear to be grading but stockpiling in previously disturbed area.

Investigating the source and need for permit and perimeter controls.
