Trackout reported has since been cleaned. Significant activity with daily housekeeping required. Approved.

Street and gutter cleaned thoroughly with broom, shovel, and power wash with water contaiment. No discharge beyond alley border observed. Temp sediment check dams removed.

ESC permit conditions satisfied.

Next week when access road and parking lots behind the store fronts is completed, State Street shoulder shall be swept by street sweeper. Will need to move orange barrels.

Correction notice, second request to Paul with Tahoe to prohibit further use (another washout across the street) and clean up.
