Met with building owner Jon ###-####. Disturbance occurred digging out side of the shelter to install new fire & sprinkler lines.
Review stormwater and erosion controls that should be implemented.
1. Berm road to prevent flow of water down the roof access to the slope
2. Rake in seeding into the bare/disturbed areas
3. Install perimeter control wattles around disturbed slope
4. Install slope interupting/water check wattles on the roof access road.
Will follow up in 2 weeks.
