Trackout on sidewalk where a material truck drove across adajaent property has been swept and cleaned. Soil still too wet/muddy to see what revegetation /stabilization will be necessary.

Trash container has been removed and wind blown litter picked up. Sidewalk/gutter in front of home has been cleaned to remove loose sediment and construction litter/debris.

Approved. Need to address stabilization of disturbed areas but too wet for landscaping work currently.

Concrete washout performed in area without a lined pit or leakproof container.

Alert RP to properly train and inform cement contractors to use a designated washout.

Perimeter silt fence and rock contsruction entrance installed. Permit info is posted. Limited activity at site. No corrections at this time.

Site SWPPP coordinator JC from Petra called regarding some ESC issues at the Terraces.

Problems include trackout and offsite muddy runoff to surrounding gutters and storm drains.

Corrective actions are to check that DI bags are working and have capacity, add gutter bags in gutters at west entrances to stop sediment before it leaves site.

Cleaning up mud in gutters with shovels and street sweeping is also scheduled to occur, but the rain has been impeding progress.

I requested that corrective actions be documented in SWPPP file.

Cell tower upgrade to existing towers complete. No disturbed area or excated dirt. ESC permit finaled.

Staging area still in use for Winco remodel, which is all interior work. No trackout, runoff, or improper material storage observed.
