WIP. Pre-construction meeting conducted on 1/30 and site inspection on 2/3.

Perimeter silt fence installed on east side of project along Eckert greenbelt path, existing old road base of old Eckert road being used for staging and access from north and south of site. No surface waters though project area, but need to be aware of Council Springs and Warm Springs Creek on both sides of project. Permit sign and SWPPP information is posted.

Fowler inspections to be conducted under initial ESC permit issued for foundation and podium. No further inspections on this permit. See ESC15-00762
