Site walk through with GC Lance and RP Matt with Beus Excavation. Preconstruction meeting. Permit sign posted, RP will coordinate with Jeff Wright Privada RP as well. Receiving storm drains have sediment protection installed.
RP to install sediment control wattle on the east perimeter above the landscaped entrance. Trench and stake every 4-5 ft requested.
RP to park trash trailer at front of site. Rock entrance is installed, request for more rock to be added. Have employees park on street not open lots.
Approved for construction. Follow up scheduled.
