Significant mudslide due to infiltration of pooled snowmelt and rainwater on graded lot of EC#9 above homes on Arrow Villa. Slope became saturated.
Corrective:
- assist homeowner with clean up and mitigation
- work to drain the upper lots on top of this ridge, may direct to street or stormwater conveyance swale next to Arrow Villa
