Corrections needed:

- Rills on slope need raking, tracking, and either temporary vegetation, ground cover or erosion control blankets.

- all gator guard wattles need to be properly installed with staking and backfill per specifications

- fix silt fence, conduct maintenance.

Call made to Damion to inform that corrective actions are still needed. Fees have not been paid.

Rock construction entrance installed for Broadway access. ESC permit signs posted. Trucks to pull in off Broadway and exit via alley. Request for regular sweeping of the paved stretch of alley (north and south are dirt/gravel).

Dewatering for basement excavation is in progress. Water is clear and well point hose is connected to dewatering tank with baffles.

Reviewed concrete washout requirements. Follow up inspection scheduled.
