Re-inspection to lift SWO and check for corrections issued 3/14

Gutters and storm drain inlets were cleaned out and sediment filters re-installed as requested.

Additional sediment control wattles and check dams were installed at bottom of site to filter runoff.

Graded area that was added to permit has had slope stabilization and sediment control wattles installed. RP stated that disturbed slopes no longer with work remaining are to be hydroseeded this April.

SWO lifted, remaining corrections include:
- pay re-inspection fee
- install new temporary retention pond somewhere in middle of the project to capture and slow down runoff from the upper end of project so that there is not some much runoff exitting site at bottom all at once.

Pat stated he will make these corrections asap.

Approved for construction to resume. GRD and ESC permit now in compliance with submitted plans.

No futher ESC inspections. DI bag on private drain to be removed by 951 property manager. DI on Front is utilized for the bridge staging yard and can be removed at later date. Has a lot of capactity. No futher inspections on this permit.

WIP. Subdivsion BMPs installed. No trackout or discharges. No corrections.

Home construction complete and sale pending. BLD finaled. ACtive homes in progress all around house with same builder with ESC permits. Subdivsion BMPs installed.

Yard to be landscaped by homeowner. No further ESC inspections on this permit.

Paving work is complete. Minor landscaping and irrigation occuring within site. No temp BMPs installed. NO further ESC inspections required.

Verbal CN to install check dam filter bags to the east of the access point to the Honda parking lot that is being finished. This will be okay instead of installing DI bag on inlet on Auto Drive that is 1/4 mile from site.

Need to sweep up track out to Gratz.
