Some hillside erosion rills on upper portion of site, no offsite discharge/sediment runoff, but will need to be re-graded, tracked, and stabilized.

No corrections at this time, but there will be sections of silt fence that may need repairs soon. Will continue to monitor.

WIP on Pine Tree Village detached two story home. All phases complete except homes on Pine Nut and Grey Pine.

Some sediment accumulation on Pine Nut, site supervisor stated that sweeping will occur tomorrow after the the 4 homes are backfilled. No runoff or trackout and receiving DI has inlet protection with remaining capacity.

Silt fence installed behind homes to keep dirt in construction area. Trash is mostly contained.

Site is in good condition and has improved regular house keeping significantly. Approved.
