Correction request/action items to check for next inspection:
- install sediment protection on storm drain inlet west of site on Front Street
- keep 6th street staging area and pavement clean, add additional surface level storm drain protection to reduce maintenance of DI bag and add additional protection. Sugged bloksom fiber mat or sandbag/weighted wattle
- have spill kit on site ASAP
- designate location of ecopans for washout away from storm drain on level area
- post additional ESC sign next to SWPPP box
- relocate portapots > 50 ft from storm drain.
- prevent wind blown trash from site

Site stormwater, landscaping, and construction of home on city parcel are complete. BLD permit has been finaled with conditions of the hillside drainage/stabilization bond satisfied PW.

ESC Responsible Person/GC will notify homeowner requirement to remove all temporary BMPs installed offsite (in Logan alley).this includes black silt fence and gator guard wattle. If the homeowner and neighbors choose to leave them through Spring, that is at their discretion. No further requests or ESC inspections

*BMPs installed for the Logan alley sewer project (orange/wire back silt fence and straw wattle) should remain unltil alley issues are resolved by ACHD and Boise Public Works, which have been notified. ESC division does not have authority of the Logan alley ROW..
