Subdivsion BMPs installed. Housekeeping, maintenance, vegetation establishment, and erosion controls on slopes are mostly working except for in a few specific areas.

Corrections needed:
- need to address erosion occuring at the end of the rock drain at the bottom of Trapper. Previously discussed and postponed to prevent damage from equipment. Solution pending. Suggest slope drain on steep portions of the drainage.
- need to address large rill on slope above Trapper. Water is concentrating along the top of the cut slope and flowing down the rill. Need to install slope drain or build berm to disperse flow.
- Need to pick up all loose trash along subdivision, in particular along Barber Drive
- Lot 8 block 2 has erosion and sediment runoff occuring. This needs to be addressed with perimeter wattles. Receiving storm drain sediment bag needs changed out.
