Limited activity occuring at HRN. Working on entrance and pond construction at west entrance on Barber. Significant trackout. No work on Council Spring area but also significcant trackout. Stream flow is visibly clear below site.

Corrections:

Hunter Homes stated street sweeper is coming this afternoon evening. Noted that a temporary tracking pad will be installed at west entrance, then road will be closed for work. After road work complete, Sturdy rock construction entrances are to be installed at both access points.

Will check for sweep up tomorrow.

Correction request to onsite CSDI supervisor Mark to clean up trackout from alley to Thatcher and 9th Street.

Currently they are off-hauling basement excavation dirt and plan to be done tomorrow. Sweeper truck has been ordered for Wednesday afternoon.

Mark is going to wash wheels in the meanwhile, I requested that water must not runoff site to MS4. MS4 inlets are filled with leaves and debris so waived need for filter bags at this time.

Check up on site after heavy rain storms that occured throughout valley last night.

No turbid discharges or significant sediment loads carried from site evident. Wattles and check dams installed last week have captured/treated some runoff. No additional retention pond was installed as recommended/discussed, but it appears BMPs and perhaps a less intense rainfall in this area have left the site in compliance.

10 AM pre-construction conference

Conference with developer JH, operator Central Paving, engineer, COB PW Hillside Engineers, & MTI inspector.

Staging area will be installed off Trent Point in flat area at east end of development. Rock construction entrance and perimeter silt fence to be installed this week as equipment is brought on site. Area will be used for parking, equipment fueling, and stockpiling. DIs down from entrance will need sediment filter bags. RP Eric to call when these initial BMPs are installed.

Rough grading to begin next week or early April. A temporary drainage basin/diversion trench will direct run-on to the existing drainage swale and BH#6 ponds.

Large rock stockpiles will be stored temporarily onsite. Oversize rocks to be broken down.

Plan is to have pipe and streets installed. Work allowed Mon-Sat 7 am- 7pm

Temporary stabilization and perimter sediment controls will be required for period after grading and road installation is completed and they hydroseeding to occur in November.

SWPPP onsite, designated inspector is Eric who will do inspections weekly. Approved.
