WIP on foundation. No trackout, no discharges. Permit sign onsite. Inlet on 5th street has sediment filter mat installed. No corrections issued at this time.

Corrections needed:

1. Restore construction entrance tracking pad
2. Sweep gutters on 9th and River
3. Check inlet bags for maintenance

Permit sign posted. Sediment protection installed on storm drain.

Lined washout has been provided but is now over 50% full. Need to install new washout pit for upcoming foundations.

Multiple violations and lack of BMP issues at site. Corrective action required:

1. Install perimeter wattles along sidewalk per ESC plan. No vegetative buffer strip was left to contain sediment so need wattles or silt fence.
2. Pick up loose trash and debris
3. Re-sweep sidewalk, gutter, and
4. No construction entrance as indicated on ESC plan, block off entrance to vehicle and install sediment control. Remove mud and dirt on sidewalk from driveway.
5. Clean up dirt around storm drain and install new fiber sediment filter mat or filter bag.

Will check for corrections Monday afternoon. If corrections made, will need to escalate enforcement.

Work complete. Disturbed area stabilized, construction area cleaned. All permits finaled,

Fire damage re-build complete. No construction activity, no loose dirt or other materials. ESC permit condtions satisfied.

Home complete and occupied. BLD finaled. Yard is in process of being landscaping by homeowner. No temp BMP removal needed on site. ESC permit finaled.

WIP on hotel entry remodel. Permit sign posted, no loose sediment or other material leaving site. MS4 and private onsite DIs storm drains have sediment protection. Clean site, no corrections.
