Clean up efforts and earthwork for new erosion and sediment controls in progress.

Corrections discussed with project RP:

- continue to work with neighbor on clean up of mud and repair of front yard affected by silt and drying of crawl space.
- reshaping and removal of dirt above retaining wall is in progress. A interception diversion trench will direct water to the temporary holding pond.
- bottom temporary holding pond containment berm is being lined with geotextile and increased in height
- change out DI bags installed @ Winsome and Bogus Basin. Clean up around drains.
- install larger rock check dams on the road to slow down runoff. Must runoff water causing issues is from the roadway.
- dig trench to upper pond to reduce amount of water going to lower temporary pond


- a meeting is to be scheduled April 2-6 with Public Works Hillside & Drainage and neighbors to discuss the permanent drainage plan and controls to prevent further flooding.

- install energy dissipation or water containment on gutter down spouts to prevent erosion. Find temporary solution until rain harvesting barrels have arrived for installation.
- clean up dirt accumulated behind gator guard wattle

- ACHD ped ramp contractor dumped washout on adacent lot.
- lot is source of muddy runoff as well, need to request site improvements to prevent further erosion in this area.
