Joint trenching around perimeter is still not complete and the silt fence perimeter is not installed/repair.
On the upper portion, crews are installing sidewalk and small retaining walls between lots. New top of slope berms have been installed.
Concrete washout pan is onsite.
Corrections:
- re-install perimeter silt fence ASAP
- install stormwater control berms, perimeter silt fence and implement ground stabilization for the central common area.
