Verbal request to RP Scott to get water truck onsite. He said he has ordered one from Lurre and should be onsite tomorrow.

code complaint about equipment staged for long periods of inactivity

Equipment is staged/parked on private property. ESC permit sign posted, BMPs installed.

No activity at time of inspection but crews have recently resumed work at site. Disturbed areas are kicking up dust blowing off site. Need to wet down to provide a crust.

Notified RP Annie and she will have crew wet down the dirsturbed/loose soil area and sweep the sidwalk gutter at entrance - there is minor trackout occuring

12 noon meeting Boise Parks Rec RP Kelly and contractors Cutting Edge and out of state tennin court installer.

Project to begin staging and installing perimeter fence in approximately 10 days.

Main BMPs to be implemented:
- designated clearing limits
- access behind the West YMCA dirtectly onto court area. Will have broom for trackout
- above ground concrete washout pan
- will have water for dust control
- post ESC permit sign
- contain trash and have spill clean up materials on hand.
