Skylark street is in good condtion, no trackout, trash contained, storm drains have sediment protection in designated inlets.



Disturbed slopes have jute matting and seeding in place with slope interupting wattles. Wattles are not overlapping , will continue to monitor tp see of water is channeling there.

Drainage swale may need re-installation, water is ponding in low spot in trench instead of going drain.

Damage on lot below home from previous runoff events discussed with neighbor.
- dead tree and damaged vegetation in area where mud ran down hill. Homeowner wants tree replacement and reseeding.
- mud/dirt deposited in driveway and between garage and slope has changed grade and is creating ponding and mud. Regrading and import gravel requested.

RP has been notified to reach out to neighbor and check into swale/drainage channel below home.

Construction complete, no disturbed area or loose materials remaining on site. Temporary BMPs (DI bags) that were installed for project have been removed. Permiter areas of building landscaped, sidewalk and gutters have been swept.

Former staging area across from project on 5th & Myrtle is under construction by ESI and covered seperately.

Permit now issued and posted at site. Storm drains have sediment filter bags installed west of project on Breneman and 36th.

Construction installed; requested that it be increased in depth and scraped to remove compacted mud. Minor trackout at site.

Dewatering is anticipated, notified RP we need dewatering plan in place prior to operating.

Approved to resume construction, double fee paid for working without permit.
