GC Matt Brown is pulling a general ESC permit for stockpiling/staging at 525 Orion to have permission to use that parcel. No ESC plan required for staging area.
Site is ready for excavation.

916 Park making track out. ACHD working on it. Will re-inforce as necessary
Went on site to discuss with RP Kent. He stated they swept yesterday but this morning's operations caused more track out to Front Street.
Corrections issued:
1. Improved construction entrance.
2. Install DI bag (2nd request)
He stated DI bag will be installed today and that more rock will be ordered for the entrance. Pictures of track out taken @ 11:15 AM.

There appears to be a spill of green antifreeze into the gutter behind the Boise Basin Electric work van. Followed spill about 50-75 feet in north gutter.
Called Clint RP. He is on his way to apply spill absorbent and discuss with contractor.
Waited for RP to arrive. We believe spill is from cement pumping truck which may have leaked hydrauic oil. Clint started sweeping while I was there, applying spill absorbent, and called Brundage Bone to come assist in clean up.
Positive response. Will check back for clean up conditions.

Called RP Melanie at K2 Construction to inquire if project is still in the works. It is currently on hold, pricing just went back to Dennis Dillon, and plan is too start work by end of March 2014. I informed K2 that they should request an extension so the BLD permit does not get closed.

GC Randy returned call to discuss corrections and plan.
1. Construction entrance will be repaired by Monday.
2. Road and sidewalk will be swept.
3. Stockpile on ESC13-00918 is to be removed next week. The lot will then be used as the staging are for remaining project. Current staging area will be cleaned and regraded per agreement with Randy.
The site will be in compliance by end of next week. Site has good record of making corrections so far. Will check next week.
