Site trash was cleaned up, some remaining on back slope within the silt fence area and some below. Sidwalk & trackout swept. Permit sign is on the construction company sign. NO discharges or new violations observed. No activity at time of inspection.

No action on the DI bag, other site by Shadow Mtn is supposed to remove the DI bag. Once gone, Paradigm may supply a DI bag until this project is stabilized/landscaped.

- remove full DI bag and dispose of properly. Adjacent site will provide protection for the remaining of their project
- landscaping and stabilization was planned to start this week instead of replacing wattle. Neither has occurred.
