	Dewatering system inspection. RP's turbidity monitoring log did not show any WQS exceedence. At time of inspection, turbid water was observed at end of pipe. Upstream turbidity sample for background was taken at pedestrian bridge was 4.4 NTU at 10:45 AM. At 10:50 AM a sample downstream from discharge area on north side of Walling Creek had a reading of 17 NTU. Then at 10:55 a sample of south side of creek within the visible plume was 93 NTU. RP halted dewatering operations readjust settling tanks and check on pump operations to get the discharge back into compliance. Follow up inspection scheduled for 4/13 AM
