Medical clinic is currently having exterior paving and curbing completed. The building fram is up and earth work for building is complete.

Perimeter wattles are installed. Site has construction fencing. No trackout or offsite discharges observed. Cement trucks are using concrete washout container (provided by Ecopan)

Site walk through conducted with GC and RP. Initial site excavation of some boulders is permitted under grading permit. Site is large with many boulders that will remain onsite. Large acre parcel, main BMP will be maintaining the natural vegetaion as a buffer, whihc is the plan.

A common driveway will be constructed off of Ridge Point and will serve as the vehicle tracking pad/construction entrance once home building commences.

Work on hangar is in progress. Site grading is complete, no stabilization has occured yet - no wind blown dust or fugitive dust has not become an issue - but will need to be considered as conditions become hotter & drier. No trackout, permit posted, silt fence perimeter installed in the direction of sheet flow and airport drainage system.

Exterior facade remodel is complete. Construction materials removed and site has been cleaned. ESC conditions satisfied.

Near completion. Needs exterior stucco, interior finish, and landscaping. No trackout to Millet or hilliside erosion in the back yard.
