Complaint received reporting inadequare BMPs on site. Due to rock cliff, wattles and silt fence are unable to be trenched. Wattles currently weighed down/secured by sandbags - acceptable alternative, no sediment leaving area of disturbance.

No activity at time of inspection; permit posted and ESC plan onsite.

Corrections:
1. Install rock construction entrance to control dust from vehcle traffic; trackout control. Listed on ESC site map.

2. Provide washout onsite prior to any concrete work/pool installation.
