Contact RP who then contacted site workers. Washed out material was cleaned up upon arrival. No other violations, permit sign posted.

No activity. Perimeter wattles along lots are installed. No significant hillside erosion observed. Storm drains have inlet protection. Approved

WIP. No trackout. Silt fence installed and in good condition. Vegetation growing well on slope below retaining wall. No corrections requested.

Two unprotected storm drains within project drainage, one onsite, one MS4 on Lusk at Yale.

RP Seth onsite. Verbal correction to install sediment protection on both drains and swep up dirt in gutter.

Compliance due Monday AM

Heavy duty construction entrance has been removed and has not been replaced. Good amount of trackout to Highland View. No discharges or runoff occuring at time of inspection.

RP stated that entrance was removed because of a trenching project that is scheduled to occur soon. Current sweeper truck schedule is once per week. If no construction entrance can be installed, then prohibiting access or installing rumble bars or wheel brushing/washing station will be required.

Hillsides are vegetating well under ECB, no slope failure of significant rills observed.
