Wednesday inspection observed spilled gypcrete mix that was not fully cleaned.

Correction request to ESC to clean Dale Street has now been completed. Superior Interiors (gypcrete contractor) cleaned up spill Thursday morning. ESI then has streets swept and resinstalled fencing/wattles along Dale.

Approved. Very quality corrective action and beat this mornings rainfall.

RH #6 has all roads and utilities installed. Rock Placing company installing a rock retaining wall on the lots abutting the foothills.

RP/GC onsite. Flat infill with 3 "skinny" lots. Plan is to preserve grass strip along Euclid as long as possible and access through the alley (gravel). Once grass is removed, a sediment capture BMP should be used in gutter north (slight slope) of site. Note - DI is irregular shape so filter bag wont work.

Permit posted on back tree. Cleared Rusty to start adjacent lots when ready since all are connected.
