Onsite meeting to discuss corrective actions at site:

- clean out installed storm drain sumps in the bottom of site drainage channel.
- After crew repairs damage in channel, install some check dams to slow flow in this drainage channel
- Clean up deposited sediment and mud that is on neighbors grass
- remove old/damaged wattles that are on slopes and replace.
- botttom corner of site should have a silt fence barrier installed to prevent any material leaving site and bypassing the storm drains
- Install J-hooks on wattle installed along the top of the slope/edge of parcel. Make sure low spot has a stabilized where water can flow down to the drainage channel.
- make sure drain on the common drive is not blocked or obstructed by gravel bags. Water should not flow off drive to the lots.

- No ESC permit sign visible.
- No concrete washout containment, washwater dumped on ground.
- No downslope perimter controls

Washout violation. Lasher construction has already been warned about washout requirements. Final warning. Washout containment or solution must be planned ahead of placement of concrete.

corrections:
- provide new washout containment
- post new ESC permit sign on a stake or board at entrance to site.
- install wattle or silt fence along the bottom slope of site around the excavated backfill, in particular above the stormwater pond below.
- pick up any loose trash or material after concrete crew and before the trash box is built

Re-inspection required, notify ESC inspectors when corrections are complete. Compliance date is next wednesday May 1st PM
