Inspection of slopes, revegetation, and staging area conducted at Harris Ranch North.

Hillsides hydroseeded with fescue mix in late February is establishing very and is near 70% coverage. Slopes hydroseeded in early April are not doing as well due to the unseasonal high temps at that time. Syman Co. is monitoring and will re-apply seed as necessary.

As hills cut and graded to final specifications, topsoil is spread and wattles area installed.

No activity at Council Springs access road creek crossing. Creek flow is less than a trickle. BMPs are still installed to protect the creek area,.

Crews are working on improving Barber Dr. and subdivision entrance. No trackout or fugitive dust issues.

Up top material management and staging area was clean and no spills or containment issues noted.

HRN is currently in compliance. No violations observed, no corrections at this.

Inadequate dewatering and onsite retention for amount of dewatering occuring.

Corrections:
- stop discharge on north side of the project to Walling Creek buffer vegetation. Clean up mud on Greenbelt this afternoon. Users are riding/walking on the grass causing damage.

- water flowing towards M.A. Williams Park swale is not treated. Need to stop flow or install a sediment control

Will inspect in the morning for corrections at site..

Driveway and lot has been cut below road grade and retains stormwater on the flat site. Driveway has sandy base installed to stop mud. Future homeowner lives next door and will monitor trackout and will notifiy Jeff if there are problems.

Site is in compliance.
