Homeowner RP installed lined channel to direct roof top water off lot without eroded the dirt in front yard.

Arrived on site to see crew rinsing mud and stucco debris off sidewalk and street to gutter. Requested they immediately stop and sweep the material and no rinsing.

correction requests:
- secure lining for rooftop drainage with landscaped pins or more plastic sheeting
- clean up sediment trapped behind gravel check bags below project
- pick up loose trash, empty full trash bin and remove pile of wallboard
- sweep sidewalk

All corrections listed in NOV and inspection request on 3/14 have been completed to reach compliance. Runoff retention and filtering/diversion has prevented more turbid discharges to lower Winsome.

Corrections/alterations needed in two locations on current plan:
- lot 7 perimeter wattle needs J- hooks or additional wattle up hill from last wattle to prevent water from channelling and running parallel to wattle and discharging near the gravel access road.
- lot 6 needs to install sediment controls on both sides of the construction entrance.

Note: lot 5 and lot 10 permitted seperately also have correction requests.
