Reviewed homeowners plan to complete revegetation & stabilization.

- finish all site drainage features per the approved grading and drainage plan
- hydroseed disturbed slope areas along Cartwright road. Remove loose dirt on sage brush and living vegetation; repair slopes with visible erosion damage/rake out rills

- hydroseed triangular area between driveway, parking area and Cartwright. Recommend doing some soil prep and topsoil spread, area is compacted.
- homeowner is fencing in backyard and will finish landscaping over time
- homeowner/builder should review hillside development revegetation and erosion control standards, 11-7-08 subsection 5 C

Corrections completed:

- trackout from previous week has been cleaned up. 27th street and Fairview have been
- addional rock added at inside end of construction entrance - exisiting entrance to remain compacted to prevent dragging rocks into roadway.
- most trash has been picked

Corrective actions for next week

- Sweep sidewalk and gutter at 27th street exit each day
- Maintain or replace storm drain sediment bags. Bag on 25th @ Fairview is full.
- Finish picking up trash along Fairview within 1 block west of 25th
