WIP on putting stucco on exterior. Site is well kept, no trackout or discharges observed. The back hillside has a perimeter straw wattle that is installed, but much of the vegetation was preserved and some new grass has grown in. Slope looks stable with no rills observed or sediment leaving site.

Perimter wattles keeping sediment on site, some minor erosion rills within parcel and on adajacent parcel to the right of the hose will need to be re-graded/raked out prior to putting down hydorseed.

No trackout, no discharges from site. Need to empty trash bin and also make sure that when the curb is cut for the driveway that the cooling water slurry is captured and treat as much as is practical.

Arrived at site to plume of rock cutting dust. Asked worker to stop the work and attached the stone cutter to a hose. He agreed.

Drove by house later in day, hose on site. No dust observed. No other issues at this time.

Correction request to provide hillside grading stabilization plan. Need to hydroseed or hydromulch.

DIs were maintained and streets have been swept by developer as well as ACHD.

Requested that construction trackout pad be refreshed and to consider perimeter control around the stockpile of sandy clay if it is to remain in current position.
