Corrections needed at site:
- remove accumulated sediment captured behind the check dams along Arrow Villa fire lane; provide alternate method to stabilize the drainage ditches and capture sediment - sweeper service needed to clean up track out during hauling operation for phase 8 re-grading - install better construction entrance stockpile area or change loading area location. - need erosion control on the large lots at top of Arrow Villa & Winter camp. Erosion rills and sediment accumulated at downhill show need to protect this area. Recommend a hydromulch, divert run-on to this area, and install a silt fence or wattle along the bottom of sloped area.
Note: As of 4/5 mudslide from top of ridge to occupied home on Arrow Villa has not any action taken by developer, HOA or homeowner. RP stated landscaping crew is beginning 4/6

No construction activity. Disturbead area in between park and river bank is currently under water due to high river flows. Revegetating area next to Quinn's Pond outlet is blocked off and covered with straw to protect bare soil. No corrections, no ESC issues observed.
