- remove accumulated sediment captured behind the check dams along Arrow Villa fire lane; provide alternate method to stabilize the drainage ditches and capture sediment
- sweeper service needed to clean up track out during hauling operation for phase 8 re-grading
- install better construction entrance stockpile area or change loading area location.
- need erosion control on the large lots at top of Arrow Villa & Winter camp. Erosion rills and sediment accumulated at downhill show need to protect this area. Recommend a hydromulch, divert run-on to this area, and install a silt fence or wattle along the bottom of sloped area.

Note: As of 4/5 mudslide from top of ridge to occupied home on Arrow Villa has not any action taken by developer, HOA or homeowner. RP stated landscaping crew is beginning 4/6
