WIP on landscaping site perimeter for new townhomes. No vertical construction has started. Permit is posted, no trackout. Perimeter wattle protecting drainage swale on south side of site and work has remained within limits of disturbance.
Correction:
Check inlets on Barber Valley on the south side of street. Inlet to the west of permit sign has damaged sediment bag and newly installed inlet to the east does not yet have protection.

Work on sidewalk along Barber Valley (road to M. Williams Park) has resumed. Inlets along Barber Vally have DI protection. Stockpiles stored on flat open area with limited runoff potential. No trackout or discharges. Cement work has not yet started, but will need to make sure they have concrete washout on site due to wetlands and high groundwater level in area. Verbal request issued to RP.

Low risk site, flat with no surface waters or MS4 on culdesac. Important BMP will be housekeeping/sweeping up any incidental trackout. Driveway is paved and gravel access to backyard, so should not be an issue.
