Lower section of subdivsion has revegetated well. Silt fence containment still installed on west side of Lancaster at bottom of sub. 2 SFHs in progress, permitted seperately.
Correction requests to RP Steve:
- fix wattle and silt fence installation along the top common driveway
- install additional control along top of driveway,
- maintain gravel check bags along the common driveway, scoop out captured sediment,
- clean mud off sidwalk at top of culdesace.

Stucco washout dumped all over adjacent lot. Trash laying around adjacent lots and captured in silt fence. Erosion on uphill side of home has knocked down the subdivsion sil fence. No perimeter controls installed on downhill side of lot.
Corrections:
- pick up all trash
- clean up dumped washout
- install gatorguard properly and add section along down hill side
- repair/replace silt fence.
- sweep sidewalk and backfill gatorguard wattles installed per installation specifications.
Verbal correction request to RP-GC.
