	Perimeter wattles insufficient to hold sediment on site. Muddy runoff on culdesac, water deposited sediment/mud in neighbors front yard and driveway. Lower silt fence on west side of street directing water to neighbors backyard. Corrections: - J hook silt fence on west side, install slope interupting wattles up hill - Insstall silt fence perimter at top of culdesac - install earth berm/diversion channel at top of common driveway at top. - repair erosion caused by flushing - install wattles on slope above retaining wall - site is to be hydroseeded w/ tacifier this week - clean up loose sediment on road. Address neighbor concerns about dirt on driveway and in landscaping.] Waterline crews flushing muddy water due to the sediment on street flowed down street during inspection. Flush water is allowed but requested to not direct water over dirty areas. Too much pressure to do on vegetated slopes. Request to remove storm drain sediment bag to prevent flow of water down Lancaster.
